1. Digital Content Delivery
Due to the nature of digital goods, all in-game licenses, currency packages, virtual items, and access passes are delivered instantly via our database sync protocols. Once an item is redeemed or synchronized with an operator profile, it is considered consumed.
2. Refund Eligibility
As a general rule, transactions for immediate digital access or consumable virtual goods are final and non-refundable. However, if a technical database error occurs and your profile fails to receive the purchased entitlement within 24 hours of validation, you are entitled to a full refund or a manual item override.
3. Chargebacks and Account Integrity
Initiating an unauthorized dispute or chargeback via bank institutions without contacting our technical support tier first will result in an automated, permanent hardware ID (HWID) ban to protect infrastructure security.
